Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shop Loco, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our marketplace.

Marketplace Nature

Shop Loco is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale between you and the vendor. Vendors are responsible for their product listings, pricing, and fulfillment.

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (13% HST) are calculated at checkout. Shop Loco charges vendors a 10% commission on each sale. In-store pickup is available at 1006 Queen Street East, Toronto.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return for eligible products within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Pickup Orders

All orders are pickup-only at 1006 Queen Street East, Toronto. Vendors mark orders as picked up through the vendor dashboard. Customers who have not picked up an order within 14 days of payment will receive an automatic reminder email.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and timely fulfillment. Vendors must own or have rights to all product images and content. Vendors agree to the Vendor Agreement when registering.

Limitation of Liability

Shop Loco is not liable for the actions or products of individual vendors. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.
